• PC- Presenting Condition

• PMH- Past Medical History

• SH- Social History

• DH- Drug History

Objective assessment:

• observation

• ROM - Range of movement

• Special tests

Red flags:

• General, cervical, lumbar

Treatment models:

• Exercise. heat, cold, manual handling, kinesio tape,ultrasound, and acupuncture
