Welcome to our International Nurses

We are excited to announce that this weekend we will be welcoming the first cohort of our international nurses to KMPT.
After an impressive recruitment drive, we have nurses from a range of countries worldwide coming to join our teams, who live our values and strive to provide brilliant care through brilliant people.
We offer a wide-range of financial support to those who move from overseas including;
- A new hire bonus of £1200
- International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or Occupational English Test (OET) fees paid
- Computer Based Test (CBT) and Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) fees paid
- Nursing and Midwifery Council registration fee paid
- VISA fee paid
- Accommodation for 2 months, including your rent and deposit paid
- Flight to the UK
We also provide a meet and greet, welcome pack and pastoral care to help our nurses and their families settle into their new surroundings.
