A national survey is now open, specifically for people who have accessed crisis care through the NHS 111 ‘Select Mental Health’ service, and it will remain available until 15 July 2025.
This survey aims to capture your insights and feedback on the support you received. Your voice is crucial in shaping the future of crisis care through the NHS 111 ‘Select Mental Health’ service.
The information collected will be analysed to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the quality of care continues to evolve to meet the needs of those in crisis urgent mental healthcare.
