Update on appointments in Folkestone

You may be aware that a suspicious package was found yesterday (Wednesday 18 September 2024) at one of our sites, Ash Eton in Folkestone. We thank the police and the Explosive Ordinance Disposal team for their swift response to ensure the area is safe.

While we continue to liaise with the relevant authorities, as a precaution we have decided not to use the building for appointments this week.

If you, or someone you know, has an appointment at Ash Eton this week, you will still be seen. A member of the team will be in contact to advise you of the new arrangements, if they have not done so already.

We expect to begin seeing people at Ash Eton again from Wednesday 25 September 2024. You will be notified in good time if this changes.
