Did you receive a rainbow today?
If you’ve received a beautifully designed postcard, you probably will have also received one of our patients’ surveys.
Our wonderful rainbow postcards were inspired by Lived experience advisor, Louise Jessup’s, stunning embroidery designs that she created for each of our wards at KMPT. The surveys provide an ideal way for patients to let us know about what is good about their care and any areas where we can still improve.
The Trust’s overall response rate for patient postcards is good. Only 10 other trusts have a higher rate of return which is a truly fantastic achievement and one KMPT is hoping to continue to improve upon.
We want our patients and carers to feel as though they can use their voices. Our aim is to make sure we are doing the best we can, in the best way possible, that’s right for the people we care for. We understand these times can be tough and we want you to know we’re listening.
