Take part in the COVID-19 vaccine intentions survey

To help the Kent and Medway Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) to understand the public perception of the COVID-19 vaccine, they are looking to collect feedback from people who are considering not having the vaccine so they can understand why.
The aim of the survey is to identify if there is additional information or actions that they could take to address reasons people may be cautious.
They would be particularly interested in hearing from NHS staff members, as well as those from BAME backgrounds.
