Service user and carer feedback on video consultations

During the pandemic, to provide safe care KMPT has been using video conferencing (e.g. Lifesize) to help support you. We would like to hear from service users themselves as well as carers and loved ones. There is also an option to answer on behalf of a service user who may be unable to answer themselves. Your feedback about how satisfactory you have found video consultations would be appreciated. Your views will help shape future recommendations.
Your participation in this survey is completely voluntary and you can withdraw at any time. It will not affect your care or treatment in any way. Your answers are submitted anonymously. The survey closes on 31 July 2020
How do you access the survey: You will be sent the survey link when you have a clinical appointment on video-conferencing (e.g. Lifesize) with a KMPT staff member. Please ask them for this link if you have not received it.
