NHS Virtual Pride – join the rainbow party!

We’re proud to be joining other NHS colleagues and our LGBTQ+ communities to celebrate this year’s virtual pride on Friday 26 June 2020.
Last year we marched through the streets of Canterbury and sauntered along the seafront at Margate; however, sadly due to COVID-19, we are unable to celebrate in quite the same way this year.
That said, as we all adapt to a very different way of we are still able to celebrate the month of Pride albeit in a virtual way!
So as we encourage everyone to embrace equality, diversity and inclusion, we’re inviting everyone to join the rainbow party. Whether you are already part of the LGBTQ+ community, an ally or simply want to know more, join the event via twitter @VirtualNHSPride and click on the link provided. There will be a sea of conversations throughout the whole day and from 6pm get ready for a rainbow explosion as the virtual parade goes LIVE!
