Live Well Kent can help you to improve your mental and physical health and wellbeing. It is a free service for anyone over the age of 17.

If you need that bit of extra help with practical things, they can support you with:
• Managing your money, including debt and benefits
• Housing support and guidance
• Improving your relationships
• Accessing counselling.
Keeping active and healthy
They can help you improve your lifestyle by:
• Giving you basic advice on healthy living and helping you set some goals to make positive lifestyle changes
• Supporting you to access a range of free resources including apps and things that are happening in your local community
• Putting you in touch with support to help you quit smoking, lose weight reduce your drinking or drugs intake and look after your sexual health.
Meeting people
Sometimes meeting with others can make life a little easier. They can help you get involved with activities like:
• Volunteering
• Community projects
• Arts, music, culture or sporting groups.
