It’s time for us to recognise the dedication, hard work and brilliant care through brilliant people that takes place across KMPT as we bring you our 2021 KMPT Awards. 

This year’s awards offer something for everyone, as we encourage you to shine a light on all areas of your KMPT family and show how proud you are to work alongside dynamic and innovative colleagues, patients, volunteers and carers.

We have 10 categories this year for you to nominate an individual or team for, but before you do, take a look at the criteria and choose the award category that best highlights their contribution to give the person or team the very best chance of success.

Nominations can be made using the online form below or by completing a paper nomination form.

The closing date for nominations is 23.59 on Friday 1 October 2021. Nominations that are made after this date unfortunately will not be accepted.
